The final two days of Senate budget hearings features the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, state-related universities, Dept. of Environmental Protection and the Office of the Budget. To discuss state budget are the Senate Appropriations Committee chairs: Sen. Pat Browne (R-Lehigh) and Sen. Vincent Hughes (D-Philadelphia).
