Attorney General Kane’s Ability to Perform Duties

Back in December, the Pennsylvania Senate voted unanimously for a plan that could result in the removal from office of state Attorney General Kathleen Kane, according to the Associated Press. The PA Special Committee on Senate Address reviews its findings during a meeting on Tuesday, January 12th to determine whether she can perform the attorney general’s duties with a suspended law license.
