Patricia McCullough has been a judge on Pennsylvania's Commonwealth Court since 2009. With her first term near completion, it's time for the state's voters to decide if she should continue in that capacity. She graduated the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1981, has been a lawyer in private practice, and was appointed judge to the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas in 2005. On November 5th, voters will check "yes" or "no" next to her name on the ballot.
