Nathan Kline of Allentown, PA served as a Bombardier-Navigator on a B-26 during World War II with the US Army Air Forces. He went on to serve 42 years in the US Air Force Reserves and is a recipient of the French Legion of Honor and the Distinguished Flying Cross.

US Navy Veteran Dave Binder of Allentown, PA served as an electronics technician on the USS Hissem during the Vietnam War.

Navy Veteran Dr. Ed Kelly of Pittsburgh served as a Battalion Surgeon attached to the 1 st Battalion, 3rd Marines during the Vietnam War.

Gene Tenace of Butler, PA served as a Ship’s Cook onboard the USS Massachusetts during WWII.

US Army Air Forces Veteran William “Bill” Hahn of Lewisburg served as co-pilot for a B-26 during D-Day and the Battle of the Bulge.

Army Veteran Joseph “Joe” Lockard of Harrisburg served as the Radar Operator on Opana Ridge on the north coast of the Hawaiian Island of Oahu the morning of the Pearl Harbor Attack, December 7th, 1941.

Altoona, PA native Tom Byrne served in the Army during the Vietnam War as a rifleman and medic with the 9th Infantry Division.

Mike McGraw of Altoona, PA served as part of the 2nd Battalion 1st Marines during the Vietnam War.

US Army Air Forces Veteran Charles “Chuck” Hartman of Seven Springs, PA, piloted P-47s and P-51s in the South Pacific during WWII.

John “Jack” Hoefling of Boiling Springs, PA served in both the Korean and Vietnam Wars with the US Army. During Vietnam he served as a battalion commander with the 101st Airborne Division and retired after 30 years of service as a Major General.

Don Andrezjwski of Pittsburgh served as a tank driver in West Germany from 1953-1955 as part of the 16th Infantry Tank Company attached to the 1st Infantry Division.

Paul Misko of Altoona, PA served as part of the 1st Battalion, 9th Marines during the Vietnam War.

Paul Eibeck of Pittsburgh served as a tank retriever and infantryman during the Korean War with the 1st Cavalry.

Joseph “Joe” Gubernot of Shamokin, PA is a D-Day vet and served as part of the 116 th Infantry Regiment of the 29th Division during WWII. Between battles, he played shortstop for the 116th Infantry Regiment Yankees, winners of the 1943 European Theater of Operations World Series.

Don Davis of Fogelsville, PA rose to the rank of Lt. Colonel in the Army and served as an intelligence officer during the Vietnam War. He was assigned to the Area Analysis branch in Saigon and witnessed the Tet Offensive firsthand.
Jim Weir of Pittsburgh piloted a P-47 in the South Pacific during WWII.
