Learn to prepare meals like a pro. Pennsylvania chefs prepare delicious dishes showing you how to create these culinary delights for your dinner table. There are presentations each day on the Cooking Stage in the Main Hall. Stop by when you visit the show and try each dish. If you can’t make it to the show, PCN will be featuring many of the demonstrations as part of our 2012 Farm Show coverage.
