PA Farm Show Statement on Death of Horse during Horse Pulls

“During the Horse Pulling Competition at the Pennsylvania Farm Show on Tuesday, Jan. 10, a pulling horse showed signs of distress and later died. A necropsy and toxicology screening will be performed by the Pennsylvania Veterinary Laboratory tomorrow (Wednesday).”
