In Session

Sundays at 6PM
The Pennsylvania Cable Network (PCN) and Widener University School of Law are pleased to announce a special relationship. PCN will air monthly “In Session” judicial roundtable discussions produced by Widener’s Law & Government Institute. The panel discussion will air the third Sunday of each month as part of the “In Session” series which is devoted to featuring different aspects of the state’s judicial system. All “In Session” programs air Sundays at 6:00 p.m.
The purpose of the monthly roundtable discussion is to highlight the current topics and issues facing the state’s legal system. Students at Widener’s Law & Government Institute will help produce the monthly panel with Wesley Oliver, Associate Professor of Law at Widener’s Harrisburg campus, as the host. Professor Oliver teaches courses on criminal law and criminal procedure as well as constitutional law. He is also an associate director of Widener’s Law & Government Institute.
Specific case rulings from the state’s Superior Court are featured the first Sunday of each month as part of the network’s “In Session” program. The second Sunday of each month focuses on a specific case ruling from the state’s Commonwealth Court.
