January 30: Transportation Funding with Eric Madden

When Gov. Corbett unveils his spending plan for Pennsylvania on February 5th, he’s expected to address transportation funding.  Eric Madden,  of the American Council of Engineering Companies of PA,  says funding in this area has eroded because PennDOT has not seen an  increase in 15 years, and less gas tax has been collected at the pump.
