Voter ID was put on hold for November’s election, but Pennsylvania’s new law that requires voters to produce a valid photo ID at the polls could figure into the May 2013 primary. Witold Walczak , of the American Civil Liberties Union of PA, brings viewers up to date on the courts’ plans to argue constitutionality of the new law.
