December 10: Lottery Privatization with Brian Duke

Brian Duke, the Secretary of Aging in Pennsylvania, says the state must prepare to meet the needs of our growing senior population.   The debate over having a private company run the lottery is of interest to his department.   Lottery revenue helps seniors with paying their property tax and prescription drugs bills.
