October 29: Voter ID with Marian Schneider

Marian Schneider is a lawyer with a civil rights group called the Advancement Project. She works on identifying and removing barriers to voting. Schneider thinks a state advertising campaign about Voter ID is confusing and runs the risk of disenfranchising voters.
