    Show the interpreter on the TV for the Deaf community to get the info!   They were hired to interpret the Governor’s address to the public not the new media audience!   Get them on the screenshot with the Governor.  Caption is not effective to those whose first language is not English!!!   Sign Language is effective for Deaf people. My parents want to know what he says as he says it not from me hours later!
