PCN Sponsorship/ Underwriting

Underwriting opportunities are available for Pennsylvania Cable Network presentations of high school sports and many PCN programs.

For all programs, sponsors receive category exclusivity and first right of renewal. PCN is a tax exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization as defined by the Internal Revenue Code. The network will provide an acknowledgement of each charitable contribution for tax purposes.

Promotional messages may contain sponsor logo and slogans, location and contact information, description of all products and services, brand or trade names, and product or service listings. However, the 30-second video acknowledgements may not contain qualitative or comparative language, price information, a call to action, or an endorsement. Underwriters are responsible for providing PCN with their message on a broadcast-quality tape or DVD.
